Mike Wells and his team figure out the fair market value of every house, condo, farm, business, and piece of land in Pasco County as of January 1 each year.
They don’t collect your taxes (that’s Mike Fasano, the Tax Collector). They just set the value and apply exemptions that can lower what you pay.
